Here’s a quick video to walk you through what’s new 👇🏼

⚙️ Updates at a glance:

• 🖊️ Most Highlighted: Want to quickly spot what’s important on a page? Our new Most Highlighted feature shows you the sections others found useful, so you can see the key points at a glance.

• 😎 Create Snippet from Link: You can now quickly add links right into your topics. Just paste a URL, and it’ll be saved as a handy bookmark to revisit anytime.

• 🚨 Focus Bookmark: Now, you'll always know if the page you're on has already been bookmarked to your current topic.

  • There's a new ‘Focus Bookmark' preference that will automatically highlight your bookmark snippet when you open the extension on that topic (if a bookmark exists).

  • If that preference isn't active, don't worry! You can always click the bookmark button to instantly focus on that specific snippet.

• ☑️ Mark Snippets as DONE: Now you can mark snippets as ‘‘Done’’ - so instead of deleting them, you can move them to the new “Completed” section. A simple way to keep your projects tidy while saving all your research.

• 💡Smarter Highlighter Suggestions: The Highlighter just got smarter. Now, as you highlight, you’ll see AI suggestions for your Topic, Title, and Tags - based on what you’ve saved before. It’s like having a mini assistant that helps organize your research on the spot.

• 🎨 Highlight Colors on Webpages: You’ve been asking for it… and it’s here! 🎉 You can now highlight in different colors on any webpage. Sort by theme, urgency, or whatever makes sense to you.

• 👓 Collabwriting Reader: Worried about losing snippets if a page goes offline? The new Reader lets you open and highlight full-page content right inside Collabwriting, so even if the original disappears, your research stays put.

• 🦊 Firefox extension: Great news - the Collabwriting extension is now LIVE on Firefox!

  • 📱 Bonus for Android users: it works on your phone too! Start bookmarking, organizing, and collaborating wherever you are.
